Product application

  This machine through the sheet conveying, heating, blowing, molding, slitting process to produce plastic products. Including disposable plastic cups, plastic bowls, lunch boxes, milk tea cups, yogurt cups, jelly cups, fruit boxes, cup LIDS, bowl LIDS, etc., widely used.
         

Machine introduction

   Forming and cutting system. The working die table adopts column oriented positioning, which can play the role of stability and balance force. The drawing of the die is driven by servo, and the drawing of the four-guide rod is adopted. The principle of five fulcrum rod is adopted under the die. The hydraulic cylinder thrust makes the die lift and drives the die to run smoothly up and down. The operation distribution is: rising - forming - cutting - falling -demoulding.  
     

   Hydraulic drive system. The hydraulic drive has strong stability, providing sufficient working speed and steady point impact pressure for the whole forming and cutting action.

   The heating system. Divided into upper electric furnace (10 zones 14rows), lower electric furnace (9 zones 14 rows). The heating tile adopts the embedded ceramic far-infrared radiation component, which has high thermal effect and high safety. The electric furnace is embedded with vacuum insulation cotton, which makes the temperature more concentrated and saves energy.

    Conveying system and lubrication system. The feeding part adopts the inverter motor to transport the sheet, which improves the accuracy and stability of the conveying length. The guide rail is made of die steel (38crMulv), the surface nitriding treatment, the working surface hardness is high and the life is long. The electric lubricating oil pump is controlled by the computer, and the lubricating oil is injected into the mechanical structure automatically and quantitatively to prolong the service life of the machine.
