Structural features:
1. The machine adopts touch screen control, the main control circuit adopts PLC control, accurate measurement, automatic detection of electrical faults, simple operation and convenient adjustment.2. It adopts high-quality dual frequency conversion simple mechanical structure, which is easy to maintain, less wear and tear, and has a long life.
3. High-precision photoelectric detection and tracking, two-way automatic compensation, accurate and reliable.
4. The bag length does not need to be manually set, and it is automatically detected and automatically set during the operation of the equipment.
5. The packaging speed and bagging length are controlled by double inverter, stepless speed change, and the arbitrary adjustment range is wide, which can perfectly match the front process of the production line.
6. Adjust the end seal structure to make the sealing more perfect and eliminate the phenomenon of cutting and packing.
7. The conveying table is stainless steel, and the main machine part is sprayed with baking paint. It can also be made into stainless steel according to customer needs. (All stainless steel needs to be charged separately)
