This machine consists of the following parts: 
(i) Extrusion mainframe
1. Screw and barrel material: 38CrMoAl nitriding treatment, with the advantages of wear and corrosion resistance, durable.

2. Main motor form: AC motor inverter control, long diameter screw plasticization is good, to ensure the quality of the pulled out sheet.

3. Reducer: special reducer for extruder, hard tooth surface, high torque, high speed, low noise.

4. Filter: double-station hydraulic quick screen change, convenient operation and improve production efficiency.

5. Heater: cast aluminum heating ring, fast heating speed, shorten the boot time.
